The idea of serving the society came to Smt.Kalyani Madineni after her son Bharghav Sai’s birth and got diagonised as under Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).

When she was taking her son to various hospitals, therapy centres and special schools which offered various treatments for her son, she met many doctors in various streams and educationalists to understand the educational and medical systems in India. In this process she understood that society is not able to avail services from Govt. of India in Educational and Medical sectors and are mostly dependent upon private organizations which are collecting huge fees but the standards they maintain are unseen and not questioned by the public.

Being a MBA graduate worked for private banks and resigned, she felt the problem is growing and new parents facing this problem are unaware of the process to be followed for their child’s treatment. She wanted her NGO to act as a bridge between Government and citizens of India so that they can understand and avail the services rendered by Govt. in Educational and Medical sectors. She started upgrading her knowledge by doing various courses in special education and social work to empower herself and be capable of supporting parents of special needs children and the society. She wanted to create awareness on this intellectual disabilities so that the terms will not be new to the parents and they does not get panicked when their child gets diagnosed as under ASD or ADHD or with some syndrome.

The Vision for GANAMAS was conceptualized by its founder and President Smt.Kalyani Madineni. It is greatly supported by her family and well-wishers around the world. The strength of GANAMAS is its Donors, Volunteers and well-focused Management by the members of the Society.
