The Children with Intellectual Disabilities will be empowered by providing need based Care, Training and Rehabilitation Services & Supports covering Medical, Social & Developmental models which will lead for their independent living with improved quality of life. The organization has also taken up the project to support to women for their financial independence. This would be an extension to the existing project to support special needs children and adults. This whole project is conceptualized to support special needs people and women by providing vocational training to both and providing placement to them. This will help them be self- dependent and lead a respectful life. This project will boost self -confidence and provides financial independence to both special needs people and women who are facing humiliation in their families and society.
The Children with Intellectual Disabilities should live within the family and community like their normal counterparts with equality, dignity, and respect in an accessible, inclusive and empowered environment / community. Women who are facing humiliation are also supported with necessary training and placement. They will in turn support special needs people in their work place. This team
